Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns 

 

1.   Time Frame  : Items purchased from Zing Media are eligible for return within 30 days   of the delivery date.

  

2.   Condition of Items  : To qualify for a return, products must be:

   - In their original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

   - Free from any signs of damage, alterations, or wear.

  

3.   Non-Returnable Items  : The following items are not eligible for return:

   - Digital downloads or software products.

   - Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”

   - Customized or personalized products.

   - Gift cards and promotional items.

 

Return Process 

 

1.   Initiating a Return  : To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at   zingmediaasia@gmail.com   with the following details:

   - Order number.

   - Product(s) you wish to return.

   - Reason for the return.

 

2.   Return Authorization  : Once your return request is approved, you will receive a   Return Authorization Number (RAN)   and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.

 

3.   Packaging and Shipping  :

   - Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

   - Include the original receipt or proof of purchase and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

   - Use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

 

4.   Return Shipping Costs  : Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a Zing Media error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

 

Refunds and Credits 

 

1.   Refund Processing  : Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within   7-10 business days  .

 

2.   Partial Refunds  : In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

   - Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

   - Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

3.   Refund Exclusions  : Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zing Media error.

 

Exchanges 

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures the fastest service and best inventory availability.

 

Defective or Damaged Items 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at   support@zingmedia.com   with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
